Upright Tank Only: To prevent dangerously high "flare-ups," never invert your gas tank. Keep it upright at all times during operation.
Cookware Note: As with our infrared models, we do not recommend using stainless steel or tin foil-wrapped cookware to avoid damage from heat flashback.
High Heat Warning: Due to the 10,000W output, the burner head stays hot for a significant time. Allow to cool completely before packing.
