At Tekkysui™, we utilize a global fulfilment network to deliver your premium kitchen and outdoor gear as efficiently as possible. By utilizing strategically located warehouses, we offer optimized transit times for our primary markets.
Order Processing
We aim to process all orders before 9:00pm (GMT/BST) on the same working day and once your order is dispatched a tracking number will be sent to your email automatically.

Product Origin & Selection
To provide full transparency, each product page clearly displays the available "Ships From" locations for that specific item.
- How to Choose: Customers can select their preferred shipping origin via the toggle buttons on the product page.
- Inventory Availability: While we strive to maintain local stock in the UK and USA, some specialized items or high-demand products may be fulfilled exclusively from our International Hub.
- Shipping Logic: The shipping time and cost associated with your order are determined by the warehouse origin you select. For the fastest delivery, we recommend selecting the warehouse location within your own country.
Shipping Costs
- United Kingdom: £1.99 Flat Rate (FREE on orders over £50.00).
- United States: £6.50 Flat Rate (Approx. $8.06 USD).
- Canada: £9.00 Flat Rate (Approx. $11.16 CAD).
- All shipping costs are clearly displayed at the final checkout screen.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Domestic Shipping: Orders shipped from a warehouse within your own country (UK to UK / US to US) incur no customs or import fees.
- International Shipping: For orders crossing international borders, customers are responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes determined by their local authorities.
- Pricing: All product prices include sales tax where applicable.
Delivery Responsibility
- Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping details are 100% correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
