To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

  2. Authorization: If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Regional Hubs: We utilize regional return centers. You will be directed to the center closest to you (UK, US, or Canada) to minimize your shipping costs.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (defective item or wrong product), Tekkysui™ covers all return shipping costs.
  • Change of Mind (Remorse): For standard returns, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs to our nearest regional hub.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

  • Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
